One of my must-eat food stops: Rice vermicelli noodles in a thick, savory soup… with a generous helping of pig intestines. Yum.
Proof that it’s that good: They don’t even have actual tables, just a bunch of stools plopped in front of the noodle stand (which is a step up - a couple of years ago they didn’t even have seats).
Yet people come. We sit. And we slurp.
